When you register or use Skill Link Worldwide, information may include your email address, name or business name, city or service area, skills, description, rates, self-reported credentials, years of experience, profile and portfolio photos, job requests, booking information, messages and reviews. Authentication and technical providers may process login and operational information needed to run the site.

How information is used

We use information to create accounts, display worker listings, connect customers and workers, deliver messages and booking features, maintain security, respond to support requests and improve the service.

What others can see

Worker listings and uploaded public profile or portfolio photos may be visible to anyone visiting the website. Reviews and ratings may also be public. Account credentials and private messages are not intended to be publicly displayed. Avoid posting addresses, phone numbers, identification documents or sensitive details in public fields.

Service providers

The site currently uses third-party hosting, authentication, database and file-storage services, including Vercel and Supabase, to operate the platform. These providers may process data on our behalf according to their own applicable terms. A payment processor has not yet been integrated; payment data should not be submitted to the site.

Retention and security

Information may be retained while accounts and related records are needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, maintain security or meet legal obligations. We use service-provider security controls, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You can choose what optional worker information to publish. To request access, correction or deletion of account information, email support@skilllinkworldwide.com. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate or legal reasons. Requests will be handled subject to applicable law.

Children

The service is intended for adults age 18 and older, not children.
